Short version: orders print within the week, ship tracked, and if anything arrives wrong we reprint it free. Here's the long version.
Shipping
Production: every order is printed to order — most print and ship within the week. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details when it ships.
Standard: $6.99, free on orders over $50.00. Typically 3–5 business days once shipped.
Express: $16.99, typically 1–2 business days once shipped. Both options are chosen at checkout.
Where we ship: United States and Canada.
Print-at-home orders: nothing ships — your download link is emailed the moment payment clears, and it never expires. Didn't get it? Check spam, then contact us and we'll re-send it.
Returns & reprints
Everything we sell is custom-printed for your order, so there's no restocking traditional returns. Instead we stand behind the print:
Misprints, damage, or missing cards: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint the affected cards free, or refund that part of the order — your choice. A quick photo of the problem speeds things up.
Lost in transit: if tracking stalls and the order never lands, we reprint and re-ship free.
Custom card mistakes: if we printed something different from what your builder preview showed, that's on us — free reprint. Typos that were in your design as submitted are yours, but reach out anyway; if the run hasn't printed yet we can usually fix it.
Digital orders & gift cards: non-refundable once delivered, since delivery is instant — but if something's wrong with the files, we'll make it right.
Order changes
Need to fix an address or change a card? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number — if the order hasn't printed yet, we can usually adjust it. Once it's on the press, it's locked.
